Cozy Sunday Practica

Cozy practica at my place, 69, St. Paul's Str, Rabat (map).

 Sunday, 30th January from 8pm-10.30pm

A practica is a good opportunity to practice what you have learned, whilst I am happy to answer all your questions. It is also a way of meeting other tangueros/as from other groups in a casual and relaxed setting.

It is not a substitute for missed classes.



Fee: 3€. Kindly put your fee in the "milonga tea pot".

Tea, coffee, water on the house. Since I am in the mood of baking cakes I might bake one. (no promises, depends on the Sunday mood;))
There might also be the odd drop of wine too ;)

Feel free to come at any time, just walk up and ignore Nina's barking. It is all noise ;)

27th January 2011: Milonga @ Phoenicia

The Phoenicia Hotel in Valletta will be hosting our Milonga this week, Thursday 27th January, from 8.30pm onwards. Tango music will be provided by DJ d net.
Entrance is €3.

Cocktail Party Milonga

We are celebrating TangoMalta birthday on Sunday 23rd January by holding a Cocktail Party Milonga at Gloria's: 39 Mrabat Street, Sliema (map); starting at 8pm.
Entrance 3 euros.

Those of you that wish to bring with you some little poshy foods and drinks may do so.

A big thank you to all of you that made TangoMalta possible.

N.B Cocktail Attire: short dresses for her and dark suit for him, anything with a twist is very acceptable ;))

It is open to all levels and Nathalie will be happy to answer all your questions.

Lessons are 1:30hrs long.

Apart from these lessons, we also meet every week for our regular Milonga and other activities.

Price 50 Euros per person / 35 Euros for full-time students & senior citizens.

Please confirm your attendance by reply email to nathalie@tangomalta.org stating your full name and mobile number ( in case I need to contact you urgently) and all details of any accompanying friends.

Dress - What you want, normally, casual.
Shoes - Followers (usually women) are advised to wear well supported shoes with some heel. Not too pointed shoes.
Leaders (usually men) are advised to wear round toed shoes or gym shoes. Long pointed shoes make life difficult

Dance partner: No need for a fixed dance partner.

Payment may be effected on the first lesson. Please arrive a little earlier. No refunds will be issued for missed classes unless informed at the beginning of the course.
